SERVICES AND GENERAL COMMENTS

Because so many people only want to identify and/or get an appraisal on a piece of china, we have established a $7.50 non-refundable charge for the above service. Complete appraisals are 3% of appraised value not to exceed $100. If you send us a piece of china we will do all we can to identify it, but we can not guarantee success and you must include your check and pay shipping charges both ways. A colored Xerox of both front and back would be much cheaper and almost as good, but remember to enclose a SASE and your check.

The fee for identification may be deducted from any purchases you might make.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. If you prefer, we accept cashier's checks, money orders, or personal checks and ship after the check has cleared. SORRY, no C.O.D's

All shipping and insurance charges are extra, but do not generally run over $9.00 per box of merchandise sent to destinations in the U.S.

All items are guaranteed as represented and you have a 7 day return privilege.
